I spoke with Scott and Andy at Rainingfuel Industries this morning. They were the first manufacturer to list themselves in the WaterFueling Directory. They confirmed for me that they are definitely getting calls based on their listing. Besides this, business is booming for this team of professionals who report to me that they have sold hundreds of their HHO Generators. They recently moved to larger facilities to handle demand. Unlike alot of other manufacturers, RainingFuel is geared towards providing a support infrastructure to handle dealers. Most of their business is originating in this manner. They report that alot of dealers have sold out their initial order of kits in a couple weeks. One of their dealers is selling these kits at car shows and has had great success this way. About 3 years ago, the potential of utilizing hho gas to improve fuel economy, reduce emissions and increase horsepower was largely unknown. But now the number of companies working with this technology successfully has proliferated and is beginning to enter the mainstream enabling ordinary consumers to take advantage of the technology. Access to how-to manuals like Water4Gas has enabled alot of people to become comfortable with this technology and some of excelled to the point of creating their own company selling their own devices. What’s missing to complete the opportunity is a set of people who can actually install these units for the not so mechanically inclined. Finding mechanics who can install hho gas saving devices is complicated by no central repository to gather together listings of trained, certified or simply competent installers. So today, we’re happy to provide the Internet’s first vendor neutral directory listing persons who can install and service HHO gas savers, hydrogen fuel injection systems, hydrogen on demand systems etc. Additionally, the directory will list retailers with both physical and virtual storefronts who can sell you complete kits, specialized parts and everything related to HHO gas equipment, components and parts. To round out the directory, HHO manufacturers of kits and or components are also listed. This last group is included specifically because mechanics have contacted us seeking dealership information and bulk product purchase arrangements.
For at least the foreseable future, HHO Installers can list themselves in the directory for free. If you are an installer who also sells kits or parts, there is a requirement to subscribe as a retailer or manufacturer. Mechanics we have spoken to indicate a good HHO kit installation can be earn fees ranging from $250 to $750 depending on the kit and car involved.

There’s a nice post from Kevin at Hydrogen Cars & Vehicles concerning the growing body of evidence in support of hydrogen on demand systems as viable technology to increase gas mileage and reduce emissions.
Of great interest was a quote Kevin got from the Director of Communications at the National Hydrogen Association concerning hydrogen on demand systems and HHO generators: “The technology on teh whole is very simple and it works. We feel incredibly positive about it. We feel it is one of the important emerging markets in hydrogen today.”
